Embroidery is the process by which a digitised design is sewn onto a garment using a computerised embroidery machine. Embroidery is a brilliant way to promote your business/product; being subtle it’s more suitable for the corporate market and for workwear/ school uniforms.

Transfer Printing

Transfer printing is a similar process to screen printing however the design is printed onto a special transfer paper, and then applied to the garment using a heat press; the results are crisp and sharp. Transfer print is great for hard to print items such as baseball caps or items such as 100% polyester garments.
UKM Offer a variety of methods for transfer printing; depending on the number of colours, quantity, cost and type of garment.
DST Transfers seem to be the most popular, this includes a digital transfer which then is covered with a water base power adhesive allowing a smooth finish with a high detail (even for those tiny bits of detail) perfect for retailers and promotional needs. DST transfers can be used for any type of garments from t-shirts to caps and even tote and jute bags.
